Fishbowl Live is a new exciting feature of the Fishbowl app: they are live audio chats on specific industry topics. They gather audiences of hundreds of professionals looking to level up in their careers with live advice from thought leaders while giving them opportunities to network and make friends in this era of remote work. It is Clubhouse for verified professionals with high-quality career-focused content.






Role summary


We are looking for a Fishbowl Live events coordinator / project manager who will:
  • Work with the Marketing, PR, Creative, and Community teams to coordinate event production from initial outreach to post-event social media asset production 
  • Establish milestones for each moving piece and make sure they are delivered on time
  • Manage the event tracker in Google Sheets with the necessary data input (dates, moderators, speakers, emails, event descriptions, URLs, etc.) and update it regularly
  • Communicate with speakers via email to make sure they have what they need on time, coordinating schedules, sending calendar invitations, social media assets before and after each event.
  • Communicate with the Fishbowl team daily and raise concerns to the appropriate team members early to make sure the process runs smoothly
  • Support the Fishbowl team with all things Fishbowl Live-related, like highlighting sound bites from audio transcripts to turn them into shareable social media assets.






Experience


0-2 years. Recent graduates welcome. We will learn the ropes.






Contract, Time, Start Date


  • Freelance part-time
  • 20 hours/week (potentially can increase)
  • Can become a full time role if Fishbowl Live events continue to develop
  • Start: asap
