Marketing Associate (Bilingual Chinese)
Immediate need for marketing associate who is eager to learn and assist sales and marketing team to build consumer brand and grow the market. As a member of our sales and marketing team, the Marketing Associate is responsible for managing the marketing tools to support or sales and marketing team to engage in various markets.
Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing marketing materials and tools.
- Develop and update sales sheet, product specification, product packages etc.
- Coordinate and manage trade shows and other promotion events
- Analyze sales data and market trend
- Prepare and manage social medias positing for Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, etc.
- Support the sales team in presentations and item set up.
- Help develop marketing campaign, which include but not limited to advertising, videos, etc.
- Manage marketing calendars, including timelines and delivery of assets
- Assist to coordinate import products from overseas.
- Assist with marketing research event
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Must processes excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements
- Highly organized, independent and detail oriented with strong follow up skills
- Able to travel in US and Canada
- Experience in consumer goods for retail market is a plus
