SoC Validation Intern - Summer 2021
C&S digital validation group are doing the heavy loading of automation development, post-silicon test development for the different IP’s/sub-systems, and support customer ramps to production.
The project offered for an intern is :
- Integrate complex tool into automation environment
- Manage project from all aspects: architecture, requirements, development and integration, and execution.
- Develop tool to handle the test logs (“Big Data”) and create automated test report.
During your internship you will be exposed to advanced automation development technics
- Be familiar with SoC architecture, and secure SoC in particular
- Build a tool that simplify tests execution, and enable remote execution on secure environment
- Run analysis on test reports using advanced statistical tools to determine tests efficiency, and help reduce un-necessary tests
