Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour (or $45,000.00 per year)
A Connected Tier 2 Technical Support position in Louisville, Kentucky is available through Modis. This is a long-term open-ended W2 contract position with a well-known company. This is a fully remote position. Candidates applying to this position must be US Citizens or current Green Card Holders.
Job Description:
• Perform Software and Product Quality Verification and Validation
• Document defects in defect reporting system
• Participate in process Improvement activities as required
• Assist in development of automated test systems
Required Skills:
• Minimum of Associate in Computer. Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Software Development and/or Testing
• A very strong understanding of software development processes
• Ability to read, understand, and create Technical Documents (Specifications, Requirements, Test Plans)
Desired Skills:
• Experience with embedded software systems
• Experience designing tests focused on Hardware in the Loop (HIL)
• LabView Core I and II, TestStand Core I
