What you’ll do:
 
Position Title: SAP iXP Intern - SAP Litmos Marketing
Location: Remote
Expected start date: Late June – Early July
Contract Duration: 1 year
Full-time or Part-time: Full-time
Open to Remote / Virtual: Yes
 
In this role, you’ll:
  • Build and execute targeted inbound/outbound initiatives across the world to generate qualified leads and pipeline for the sales team
  • Manage Drift chat feature to make sure routing, sales team and playbooks are up to date
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within CRM on all accounts
  • Manage SMC and CRM routing rules with the relevant teams
  • Identify inefficiencies in the program workflow and propose new solutions (including technical and operational requirements) to address them
  • Co-work with sales team to optimize internal process and output exact data
  • Coordinate with sales team and support team to solve customer issue
  • Create and manage marketing campaign codes to ensure codes are up to date and accurate
  • Manage the process of manual interaction uploads and tracking
 
Who you are:

  • Actively enrolled in a degree program, Master's/MBA candidates preferred (ideally with a concentration in Marketing or Sales)
  • Enjoy reporting and data collection with a focus on pipeline growth
  • Strong communication skills, a self-motivated drive, and be a team player
