Following is the JD :

• Identifying and pursuing new / established sales pipeline.
• Helping customers understand the services we provide, understanding the customer need to help package solutions.
• Closing sales and agreements, follow-ups on SoW renewals, and closures.
• Following up to make sure our customers stay happy—and to see how else we can help.
• Forecasting sales and tracking progress.
• Responsible for base-level client contact, being involved in the various status meetings
• Organizing information shared by and with the client, and ensuring procedures are followed.
• Maintains knowledge of client's business and competition. Connects / Contacts.
