In this role responsibilities include, although not limited to:
  • Develops preSilicon functional validation tests to verify system will meet design requirements.
  • Creates test plans for RTL validation, defining and running system simulation models, and finding and implementing corrective measures for failing RTL tests.
  • Analyzes and uses results to modify testing.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.

Minimum Requirements:

Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering and 1+ years of experience; OR a Master's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering with experience in the following:
  • C++ or equivalent object-oriented language.
  • Computer architecture and assembly language.
  • Version control software (GIT, Subversion), IDE tools (Visual Studio), and code review flows (Azure, GitHub).

Preferred Requirements:
  • Scripting in Perl/Python.
  • Regression environments.
  • ASM.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
