2023 Summer Intern - Marketing (Fully Remote)

Where you’ll work:
Our hybrid workplace model offers employees the freedom to work fully remote or occasionally in one of our offices. All internships will be fully remote.
 
How you’ll contribute:
As a Marketing & Sales Enablement Intern, you’ll be responsible for working with a team tasked with managing a suite of technology applications designed to support attainment of sales targets by driving wholesaler productivity and marketing efficiency. You’ll gain exposure to a variety of applications and departments as this position works cross-functionally with partners in Distribution & Marketing, IT, and Operations.
 
In this role, you’ll get to:
•   Work within a Sales & Marketing organization focused on delivering strong sales growth
•   Gain exposure to leading technology applications including Salesforce CRM and Five9 VOIP softphone solutions, and experience working with Third Party vendors in the integration of their solutions with our technology stack
•   Leverage reporting & dashboards to identify insights and drive tactical solutions
•   Participate in planning initiatives to further enable wholesalers in their day-to-day practices
•   Work with various team members to broaden understanding of Sales Enablement strategies and connect with members of other departments for insight into Brighthouse as a whole.
 
We’re looking for people who have: 
•   Students studying or planning to pursue studies in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Seniors planning to attend grad school are also eligible. 
•   Have strong written and oral communication skills
•   Can work independently or collaboratively and take initiative.
•   Interest in broadening perspective, brainstorming and problem solving.
•   Technical Skills: Experience with MS Office Suite is a plus.
 
What you expect from an internship with Brighthouse Financial: 
•   $23/hour pay; 40 hour work weeks (with the exception of holiday weeks) 
•   10-week summer program: 5/30/2023 to 8/4/2023
