Contact Center Agent - Remote

Job Duties
The purpose of the job is to support automobile manufacturers and dealerships with their customer service needs.
  • We need friendly, professional, and helpful agents to work for us remotely, scheduling appointments, providing up-to-date information, and addressing any concerns, with the utmost sense of care for the customer. The ideal candidates will have a passion for helping others, while exhibiting a winning attitude. In return, we will support you with training, tools, and support to ensure your success!As a temporary, remote, call center agent, you will ensure an excellent customer service experience for the customer, utilizing your training and outstanding customer service skills.
  • What You Will Do:
  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone answering questions and resolving concerns for the customer
  • Calls are all outbound and dialed automatically by the software- there are scripts and job aids provided to assist you in offering excellent customer service
  • Provide issue resolution for customer concerns dealing with service appointments and questions about their vehicle
  • Consistently exhibit a patient and friendly demeanor with the customer
  • Manage through multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously; properly logging calls in the system
  • Accurately maintain customer database and ensure all records are updated


The following computer equipment is required for the Contact Center Agent role
4th gen Intel i5 processor -or- AMD -or- Apple equivalent
Windows 10 Home, Pro or Enterprise -or- Windows 11 -or- macOS 11 Big Sur, macOS 12 Monterey or macOS 10.15 Catalina
8 GB of memory (RAM)
Wired network connection - An Ethernet port or USB-to-Ethernet adapter
Corded, not wireless, USB headset with noise canceling mic
